At Threads of Desi, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 3-day exchange policy under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange Eligibility:
Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags and labels intact.
The exchange is only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
❌ No Exchange for Size Issues:
We do not offer exchanges for size-related concerns.
We request you to carefully check the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
📦 How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at threadsofdesi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, issue details, and clear images (if applicable).
Once verified, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Wash and Care
Washing:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.
Bleaching:
Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.
Drying:
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.
Ironing:
iron inside-out. Do not iron on decoration.
